Our New Forever Homes!

Because you are their forever homes and love these puppies well, we celebrate you!!! Thank you for adopting one of our babies!

(formerly "Justice")

I get a new big brother, his name is Winston. He's fun to play with!

Mark, Diane, Winston & Mia

"I can't wait until I am big enough to go home with my new mom and dad!"

And Mia grows up...

Mia is a dual Championed Registered Havana Silk Dog & Havanese. She has  producing Havana Silk puppies  at Ludico Havana Silks and will continue the Hurricane Ridge Havana Silks tradition of 'breeding to excellence'. Diane has worked very hard to be a good and conscientious breeder and I am very proud of her and Mia!

(formerly "Liberty")

"I am so spoiled already. My new mom has been buying me presents ever since she knew she was getting me!"

Happy Birthday Debbie!

EXTRA!  EXTRA! !

Libbey finally goes home with her new mom and makes the best birthday present ever!

"I can't wait to go home with my new mom and snuggle in her arms again! I am going to have a lot of fun with dad and Jettah too"

Libbey all grown up in her puppy cut! She loves to go get her leash and take her mom on a walk!

(Formerly " Bravado")

My new mom loves me so much she flew all the way from Virginia to come get me!

Zach is now a Companion HSDAA Champion Havana Silk Dog of which I was fortunate to see him win in person at the 7/26/2009 Corporal Klinger Classic in Toledo, OH. He has won numerous awards in our Havana Silk Dog Association and continues to show in the ring winning more! We are very proud of him:  Award of Merit x 6,  Companion Best of Breed x  2, and Companion Best of Opposite x 2 and many 1st place ribbons!  Zach is also now learning agility with his mom Debbie.

GEORDAI

 (formerly "Cik")

"I am the center of my mom and dad's world. I am spoiled rotten and loving every minute of it! I especially love to dig and get dirty."

 Sam

Going home to Bill & Cathy, Sunny & Tucker in CA- I'm a lucky boy...

Hi Sunny girl!

This is Tucker?! I'll show him whose boss!

Now look at me...

...Mr. Sam I Am!

Cooper (Mini Cooper that is!)

Cooper (formerly Zag) sporting his short puppy cut at a year old on the right.

Cooper went to go live with his mom in Issaquah!

Zoey

(formerly Cris)

Zoey went home to live with Andy, Kate, Max, Chelsey and Chilly

Zoey has turned out so lovely!

Hurricane Ridge's Tyburn Woods Ms. G (Genevieve)

"Genny" - Formerly Hope (fondly called 'Pudge')

Genny lives with her new Mom & Dad, Mary & Peter in Pittsburgh and has a big brother Sid that she loves to play with as well as two cats. She also likes to winter in the sunshine of Naples, FL. We are so excited to see how Genny has been turning out. She has a lot of attitude and is stunning in the HSDAA show ring and is structured very well.

Genny took BOB at the 1st SOCAL HSDAA specialty summer of 2011! Congratulations Genny

Genny in the ring at the FL HSDAA Specialty Winter 2011 - Genny had the privilege of being stacked right behind her handsome Dad, Curtis, in the ring.

Hurricane Ridge's Lorenzo Tesoro Mio "Enzo" (formerly Lopez)

We are so impressed with Enzo as a future stud dog. He really seems to have what it takes and his mommy Agnes, thinks so too! Enzo looks a lot like his Dad, Curtis, only a black brindle. He has a drop dead gorgeous coat, excellent structure and temperament. Watch out for Enzo in the ring!

Hurricane Ridge's Heart Song at Selah "Melody" (formerly Sucia)

Melody went to go live with Lisa and her family at Selah Havana Silks and is turning out so lovely. We think she looks like an Izzy, Jr! We can't wait to see how she finally matures! And her soaps at a year are excellent!

Hurricane Ridge's Jane - still working on official show name (formerly Calamity Jane)

Jane went home to live with Julie & her husband and their new silk breed program. Julie has also been a breeder of Havanese as well. Jane looks a lot like her sisters Melody and Ruby only brindle in coloring! Can't wait to see how she turns out at 1 year old!

Hurricane Ridge's Cherub At Meritage "Ruby" (formerly Annie Oakley)

Ruby went home to the breeding program of Meritage Havana Silks with Paul, Stephanie & Allie and the rest of their silks. We are so proud that she can be a part of the future of silks in the Meritage breeding program and look forward to seeing how well she turns out at her 1 year evaluations!

Ruby at her first SOCAL HSDAA Specialty sponsored by Meritage Havana Silks in Temecula, CA

We had a great time. Allie did such a great job showing Ruby!

Josey & Missy (formerly Josey Wales & Sybil Ludington)

When Glenn and Ramona came to pick out a puppy for Ramona, Glenn's eye caught Josey immediately and the two immediately knew they were made for each other. Ramona came back a few weeks later for Sybil who is now 'Missy'. After their first visit, both of these puppies went to the door to say goodbye to them. It was as if was always meant to be...and sure enough it is! Josey loves to play with his "little" sister Missy and fortunately she is big enough and has an alpha temperament to dish it back to him. Its a great fit.

Basia

(formerly Sister Sara)

Basia went to her forever home with Ed, Carey, Cameron & Natalie and two cats in Bremerton, WA.

A perfect fit!

Divot  (formerly Paul Revere)

Divot has gone on to a potential show home in Mill Creek, WA with his new mom Lori and her husband and cat. We will re-evaluate him at a year old to see if he is good enough to be breeding stock in the HSDAA. He has a wonderful outgoing temperament and has very nice structure. Not to mention he is a very handsome boy. Lori thinks so too!

Pascal  (formerly George Washington)

Pascal went to live with his forever family Dora & Richard in the Seattle Area. He is being nicknamed Pascal the Rascal! Seriously, Pascal has been a real joy to his new family and just loves all the attention he is getting! They love him too!

Betsy  (formerly Betsy Ross)

Betsy went to her forever home in the Portland area with her new family Kevin, Marissa, Kaitlyn & Daniel. Betsy has a new four-legged brother, a black lab, named Jack! Can't wait to see pictures of them together. We are so happy they found Betsy at just the right time thanks to a referral from another Silk Lover that was a neighbor of their -thanks Liz!

Abigail -yet to be officially named  (formerly Abigail Adams)

We are pretty sure that Abigail had Olie wrapped around her little paws before she even went out the door with him and Rose to Tacoma, WA. All our puppies are spoiled but we think this little girl might be spoiled the most - we could be wrong - just ask all our other pet homes...  This baby girl was the hardest to say goodbye to as she was most likely our last puppy of our last litter and she reminded us a lot of her mommy Ally.

Thank you to all the wonderful homes that have adopted a Hurricane Ridge Havana Silk. Please keep us updated with more pictures as your babies grow, we love to see them in their new homes!
