2 Weeks Old

-we opened our eyes this week

Annie - 1 lb. 4 oz.

We are learning how to play with each other!

3 Weeks Old

It was a sunny warm day so we went outside for some pictures, but we still aren't regulating our own body temperature yet.

Annie - 1 lb. 9 oz.

Jane -1 lb. 8 oz.

Sara -1 lb. 4 oz.

Josey -1 lb 5 oz.

4 Weeks Old

This week we traveled all the way across the state of Washington to see my daughter's husband graduate from college. It was the puppies first big trip! We took their pictures for week 4 at my daughter's house. They can now regulate their body temperature and start going outside more. They sure are changing a lot and developing their unique character! We are starting to see who the boss of the litter is... Miss Jane is our Alpha female and Annie likes to challenge her!

Annie - 1 lb. 15 oz.

Jane -1 lb. 12 oz.

Sara -1 lb. 10 oz.

Josey -1 lb 10 oz.

A lap full of sleepy puppies!

5 weeks old

Now our teeth are starting to come in! And we get to run around more all over the upstairs...what a really fun place this is! We love to be free with the big dogs and we don't like it when the Frau says play time is over!!! And then what is that big tub of wet stuff that we have to sit in? We heard the Frau say something about bath time? Why do we need that... well we did notice we had more friends all of the sudden. Somebody said some thing about us smelling clean. If that's what it means to get more attention, maybe we can handle that! (But we aren't so sure of that wavy heat thing that keeps blowing in our faces!)

Annie - 2 lbs. 4 oz.

Jane - 1 lb 15 oz.

Sara - 1 lb 5 oz

Josey - 1 lb 15 oz

We are rascals!!!

6 Weeks Old

This week the Frau went to a dog show in Richmond,VA with Levi so we were able to break lots of rules since just the Master was in charge!!!  He tried to take our pictures for the Frau while she was gone to keep up appearances...we were just a little difficult for him because we wouldn't hold real still for him.

Annie is now 2 lbs 10 oz

Jane is now 2 lbs 7 oz

Sara is 2 lbs 4 oz

Josey is 2 lbs 5 oz

Well, here we are, all adorable looking of course. This is the week the master evaluates us for structure and starts getting our health tested. We went and had out hearing checked - we all hear fine. Our eyes are good too. We love running around and playing. We just can't sit still!

Jane went to live in IL with her wonderful forever family. She has gone to a show home  and will be representing Hurricane Ridge Havana Silks in the HSDAA show ring - Go Jane!

Annie, now Hurricane Ridge's Cherub At Meritage, call name "Ruby", has just found her forever home in California with Paul, Stephanie, Allie & Silks at Meritage Havana Silk Dogs - Go Ruby! Can't wait to see her in the HSDAA show ring as well! We are very excited to have 2 puppies that were nice enough to go to show homes in this litter.

Sara -looking for the perfect forever home! Sara is very sweet, somewhat independent and enjoys exploring off on her own and then coming back and cuddling with her master and playing with her littermates. She is almost solid black with a tinge of white under her chin. She has a reverse scissor bite which the vet dentist in Seattle checked out and she will not have any problems with it. She is available to a companion home!

Josey - also looking for that perfect companion home. He is a all boy! He loves to bound and play but is also a real cuddle bug. He will follow you around! A little bit of a mischief maker too! Josey also has a reverse scissor bite. We took him to the vet dentist in Seattle as well to make sure his bite would not interfere with his health.

Sara (now Basia) has just found her new forever home and we are so happy about it! Welcome to your new home Basia! We will miss you!

14 weeks old

Josey gets Adopted!!!

This week Josey found his forever home and we are so happy about that. Sometimes a dog just touches a life the instant they meet. It will be so special to watch Josey grow up because he found a home close by us, just like his Sister Sara (now Basia). Who knows, maybe they will get to have playdates in the future still!
